Sukug dot com is a website about funny things in life. I wanted to share with you a little story that i thought was funny. Thinking back on it, it was funny, but at the time it wasn’t very funny. I was at work and i had to do a conference call for the first time in my life. I wanted to impress my boss so i tried to be on top of things. I figured that conference calls were like regular phone calls. I got into to the conversation and i started to hear terms that i did not understand. I was wondering what was going on. I played it cool but was stressing on the inside. I thought that i was going to have a panic attack. I wanted to impress my boss so i told him that i knew how to do conference calls. I didn’t know and i should have just told him so. It wouldn’t have mattered that much. After the call was over, i immediately did some research about conference calls. I studied the language associated with these type of business phone calls. I now understand the rules. I only wish i knew back then.
